Abstract

The invention relates to disposable multi-sheet covers made of polyethylene or stretch film that can be adapted to different types of beds (hospital beds, doctor's examination beds, sunbeds, beauty salon beds, massage beds, restaurant chairs etc.) via support hooks (fig.6). It ensures the complete safety of the user as the sheets are perimetrically glued and sealed by heat sealing (fig.1), excluding any contamination of the intermediate sheets. The support hooks are out of contact from the user's skin. The ergonomic design (6) of the hooks facilitates the detachment of one single sheet, making difficult the detachment of more sheets.

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά τη κατασκευή καλυμμάτων από δέσμη πολλών φύλλων φιλμ πολυαιθυλενίου ή stretch film, που προσαρμόζεται σε γαντζάκία στήριξης καί βρίσκει εφαρμογή σε κλίνες ιατρείων καί νοσοκομείων, ξαπλώστρες παραλίας, πάγκους γυμναστηρίων, κρεβάτια κέντρων αισθητικής, καθώς καί σε τραπεζοκαθίσματα εστίασης. The present invention concerns the manufacture of covers from a bundle of several sheets of polyethylene film or stretch film, which is adapted to a support hook and finds application in clinic and hospital beds, beach loungers, gym benches, beds in beauty centers, as well as dining table seats.

Μέχρι σήμερα, οι γνωστές μέθοδοί για την προστασία των διαφορετικών ειδών κλινών είναι : To date, the known methods for the protection of different types of beds are:

· Τα εξεταστικά σεντόνια σε ρολό που κατασκευάζονται απο χαρτί καί πλαστικό με περφορέ ανά διαστήματα για την προστασία κλινών ιατρείων, νοσοκομείων καί κέντρων αισθητικής. Το ρολό ξετυλίγεται καί στρώνεται πάνω στην κλίνη ,ενώ μετά από κάθε χρήση κόβεται το χρησιμοποιημένο καί στη συνέχεια ξετυλίγεται καί στρώνεται καινούργιο κομμάτι. · Examination sheets in rolls made of paper and plastic with perforations at intervals for the protection of beds in clinics, hospitals and beauty centers. Τα μειονεκτήματα αυτής της μεθόδου είναι: The disadvantages of this method are:

Η μέθοδός μας καί τα πλεονεκτήματα της: Our method and its advantages:

Το σχήμα 1 δείχνει μία δέσμη πολλών φύλλων από πολυαιθυλένιο με τις οπές που χρησιμεύουν για τη στήριξη. Figure 1 shows a bundle of several sheets of polyethylene with the holes used for support.

Το σχήμα 2 δείχνει μία κλίνη πάνω στην οποία έχουν τοποθετηθεί τα γαντζάκία στήριξης σε σε κατάλληλα σημεία. Figure 2 shows a bed on which the support hooks have been placed in appropriate places.

Το σχήμα 3 δείχνει μία ξαπλώστρα παραλίας πάνω στην οποία έχουν τοποθετηθεί τα γαντζάκία στήριξης σε κατάλληλα σημεία. Figure 3 shows a beach lounger on which the support hooks have been placed in appropriate places.

Η δέσμη καλυμάτων πολλών φύλλων από φιλμ πολυαιθυλενίου ή stretch film κατασκευάζεται σε διαφορετικές διαστάσεις και με διαφορεικό αριθμό φύλλων έτσι ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η τέλεια εφαρμογή στη κλίνη, ξαπλώστρα ή πάγκο όπου προορίζεται. Το σχήμα της δέσμης δίνεται από αντίστοιχο κοπτίκό καλούπί ανάλογα με το σχέδιο της κλίνης για την οποία προορίζεται . Κάθε κοπτίκό καλούπί δύναταί να είναι θερμαινόμενο έτσι ώστε να επιτυγχάνεται η συγκόλληση περιμετρικά των φύλλων πολυαιθυλενίου κατα την κοπή σε αυτά τα σημεία. Τα σημεία (2) δε συγκολλώνταί με θέρμανση του κοπτίκού καλουπιού, έτσι ώστε να μπορούν να ξεχωρίζουν μεταξύ τους τα φύλλα. Η θερμοκρασία του θερμαινόμενου μέρους του καλουπίού ρυθμίζεται ώστε μετά τη συγκόλληση να μπορούν να αποκολλούνταί τραβώντας τα ένα ένα. Σε μεγαλύτερη θερμοκρασία, τα φύλλα ενώνονται καί γίνονται ένα σώμα, ενώ σε μικρότερη δεν κολλάνε. Each cutting mold can be heated so as to achieve the welding of the polyethylene sheets around the perimeter during cutting at these points. The points (2) are not welded by heating the cutting mold, so that the sheets can be separated from each other. The temperature of the heated part of the mold is adjusted so that after welding they can be detached by pulling them one by one. At a higher temperature, the leaves join and become one body, while at a lower temperature they do not stick.

Περιμετρικά της δέσμης, κοντά στην άκρη της, υπάρχουν κατά μήκος καί ανά λίγα εκατοστά οπές (1) για τη στήριξη καί στερέωση της στις βάσεις στήρίξης(3). Οί οπές (1) είναι ελαφρώς μικρότερες σε σχέση με τα γαντζάκία στήριξης για να είναι πιο σταθερή η εφαρμογή. Το σχήμα που έχουν τα γαντζάκία στήριξης (6) διευκολύνει το τράβηγμα ενός φύλλου με μικρή αντίσταση, ενώ με περισσότερα φύλλα η αντίσταση πολλαπλασιάζεται αποτρέποντας το χρήστη να κάνει σπατάλη. Claims

1. Disposable covers from a bundle of perforated sheets of laminated paper (fig. 4) or non-woven (paper with plastic) supported by a support hook (fig. 6).

2. The disposable sheet bundle covers according to claim 1 can only be made of plastic (fig. 1) (polyethylene), so that they can be applied to beach chairs (fig. 3) and gym benches.

3. The single-use covers from a bundle of sheets according to claim 1 and 2, can be heat-glued (fig. 1) around the perimeter if they are only made of plastic, or along the length if they are made of laminated paper in places where there is only plastic (fig. .4).

4. The single-use sheet bundle covers according to claim 1, 2 and 3 are used with appropriate support points in examination beds of hospitals or clinics (fig. 5), beds of beauty or massage centers, dining table seats.

5. Disposable sheet bundle covers according to claim 1, 2, 3 and 4 are supported on a support hook shaped in such a way (6) as to facilitate the detachment of one sheet, while making it difficult to detach more, and have holes (7).

6. Disposable sheet bundle covers according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are supported on support hooks which are installed in the following ways:
