Abstract

Η επινόηση αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο παρασκευής παξιμαδιού με υπερτροφές, που αλεύρι αναμειγνύεται με νερό, αλάτι, μαγιά, ελαιόλαδο και υπερτροφές, σε κατάλληλες πάντοτε αναλογίες, ώστε να προκύψει ένα προϊόν το οποίο ψήνεται σε κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία και κατόπιν κρυώνει και ξαναψήνεται για να στεγνώσει. Το τελικό προϊόν διατηρεί όλα τα θρεπτικά στοιχεία των υπερτροφών που χρησιμοποιούνται εξασφαλίζοντας ένα υγιεινό, θρεπτικό και ισορροπημένο τελικό προϊόν.
