Abstract

Ο καυστήρας καύσιμου αερίου αποτελείται από ένα σώμα (1) με τον αυλακωτό διασπορέα-καπάκι (3) και χαρακτηρίζεται από τον δεύτερο αυλακωτό διασπορέα-δακτύλιο (2). Ο αυλακωτός διασπορέας του αποτελείται από δύο μέρη ανεξάρτητα μεταξύ τους: το πρώτο είναι ο αυλακωτός διασπορέας-δακτύλιος και το δεύτερο είναι ο αυλακωτός διασπορέας-καπάκι. Έτσι δίνει την δυνατότητα, αφαιρώντας ή προσθέτοντας τον αυλακωτό διασπορέα-δακτύλιο να αλλάζει η μεγίστη απόδοσή του. Ο αριθμός και η κλίση των αυλακώσεων του διασπορέα δίνουν την δυνατότητα να ελέγχεται η διαμόρφωση της φλόγας περιφερειακά του καυστήρα, καθορίζοντας έτσι την τελική διάμετρο της θερμής ζώνης και κατά επέκταση του σκεύους χρήσης, για την αποφυγή απώλειας ενέργειας, ενώ το κόστος παραγωγής, καθαρισμού και συντήρησης είναι πολύ χαμηλό.
