Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αφορά, τον τρόπο ψύξης του ψυκτικού μέλους, καθώς και τον τρόπο μεταφοράς των αρθρωτών μελών. Τα τμήματα ενός αρθρωτού μέλους ενώνονται μεταξύ τους δημιουργώντας ένα αυλάκι μέσα στο οποίο κυκλοφορεί το ψυκτικό υγρό (γλυκόλη), με στόχο να μεταφέρει την ίδια χαμηλή θερμοκρασία στην πίστα (1, 2) για τη δημιουργία ποιοτικότερου πάγου αλλά και την εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας και χρόνου. Η γλυκόλη ξεκινώντας από την ψυκτική μονάδα (6) διοχετεύεται στον κολλέκτορα προαγωγό (4α), και μέσω των βαλβίδων διπλής επιστροφής (3) διανέμεται στο παράλληλο σύστημα σωληνώσεων (1, 2), μέσω δε των βαλβίδων αντεπιστροφής (8), συγκεντρώνεται στον κολλέκτορα απαγωγό (4β), και στη συνέχεια περνώντας από τον σωλήνα εξωτερικά (10) της πίστας και στην διαμετρικά αντίθεση κατεύθυνση από την ψυκτική μονάδα (6) καταλήγει στη δεξαμενή (9), επιστρέφοντας στην ψυκτική μονάδα (6). Μετά την απόψυξη το σύστημα των παράλληλων σωληνώσεων (1, 2), αφού αποσυνδεθεί από τον κολλέκτορα προαγωγό (4α), σηκώνεται σταδιακά και διπλώνεται, δίχως να αλλοιωθεί η διάταξη λόγω της στήριξης στον οδηγό στοίχισης (7) στο τμήμα του εύκαμπτου συνδέσμου ζεύξης (2), προς τη θέση του κολλέκτορα απαγωγού (4β), έτσι ώστε να αδειάσει όλοτο ψυκτικό υγρό και να είναι έτοιμο για τη μεταφορά.
