Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αποκαλύπτει πρωτότυπη μέθοδο για την ανίχνευση και την αξιολόγηση μορίων με αντι-οξειδωτική ή/και κυτταροτοξική/κυτταροστατική δράση, καθώς και μορίων-ρυθμιστών της σύνθεσης κολλαγόνου, αφορά δε στην δυνατότητα χρήσης του κυτταρικού συστήματος HVTs-SM1 για τον προσδιορισμό της ποιότητας ενδοκυτταρικών ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species / δραστικών μορφών οξυγόνου).
