Abstract

The invention relates to a concrete reinforcement assembler automatically or semi-automatically assembling, by method of welding, shaped iron bars (stirrups) with straightened iron bars. It is composed of a steady metal frame 1 whereon all mechanisms and accessories are placed, and the rotary feeder 2 supplying the assembly point -automatic or manual assembly- with shaped bars (stirrups) 6 and straightened iron bars 24. Two mobile and independently displaceable assembling columns 15, 21 in combination with the reinforcement-holding/welding and -propelling system placed at the upper and lowerpart of each mobile column 15 &21 set up the concrete reinforcement. The assembled main and auxiliary concrete reinforcement is seated on the respective bench 32 the size of which is adjusted to the size of the assembled reinforcements.
