Abstract
The invention relates to radar engineering and is suitable to be used in the aerial defence guided weapon systems. The guidance system comprises, mounted on a single self-propelled carrier or in a conveyance container, a detection means having an all round looking radar, a radar-based identification interrogator, means for tracking and precision-measurement of the target and missile coordinates, an information display means, devices for the missile pre-launch preparation and launch execution, computation control means, comprising an evaluator for evaluating the time a target enters the launch area and an angle misalignment evaluator; a range and launch area and an angle misalignment evaluator; a range and azimuth tracking device, a system for controlling the tracking radar beam whose antenna isimplemented in the form of a phased array, a programmable search device, a system for simultaneous tracking basing on four coordinates (azimuth, elevation, range and Doopler frequency) of a number of objects using a tracking radar of a missile beacon, a switching device, a tracking radar of the missile transponder, a missile beacon, a tracking radar of a missile beacon, a switching device, a device for identifying the target class and adapting the modes of operation of the missile control systems, including a signal spectral analysis unit, an evaluator for evaluating the prelaunch command information and missile deviation angles after the vertical launch. This system allows to improve the combat efficiency of short-range missile systems in defence against small-size and high-speed targets of the new class owing to a decreased time of response of their control systems.
