Abstract
1. Technical Result Simplification of construction, economy of soft-magnetic material, increase in efficiency. 2. Essence A transverse flux machine comprises a stator 4 and a rotor 1. On the rotor are arranged permanent magnets 12. On the periphery of the stator bend U-cores 12 made of soft-magnetic material are disposed. The knees of each core placed in series in axial direction of the machine are separated from one another by air backlash and confront radially with permanent magnets. Each phase of the machine is formed by windings placed between the bend cores. The permanent magnets related to each phase are placed on separated from one another and isolated magnetically two soft-magnetic rings 13 made as unbroken magnetic yoke conducting the main current of the machine. 3.
