Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering.
[2, 3]. Known alternators are relatively complex devices with a limited volume for laying windings, operating at high speeds, which require the use of gearboxes, which significantly reduces the efficiency of the generator. To increase the linear speed of the magnets at low rotor speeds, gearless generators combined with wind turbines have been proposed [2, 3].
The closest technical solution, selected as a prototype, is a magnetoelectric generator, the rotor of which is a steel ring with permanent magnets [1]. With this scheme, an increase in the efficiency of the generator is achieved due to the large linear speeds of the magnets, however, when the magnets are located on the steel ring and the proposed stator design, maximum efficiency is not achieved, since the magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnets are partially scattered onto the steel ring, while the magnets work one-way, t .e. in the work of each magnet one single pole is involved: the north or the south.
The present invention is a magnetoelectric generator, characterized in that to achieve maximum efficiency of the magnetic flux of permanent magnets, the latter are installed on one or more disks of dielectric material, while both poles of each magnet are involved in the work simultaneously. The stator in the proposed scheme is a set of coils on the core-magnetic circuits, which can have a different shape. A distinctive feature of the magnetic circuit is its variable cross section, i.e., at the poles of the magnets the shape of the magnetic circuit must strictly correspond to the shape of the magnets, and when moving away from the poles of the magnets the cross section of the magnetic circuit increases, which ensures the minimum resistance of the magnetic circuit, and the magnetic flux, ceteris paribus, reaches its maximum value that is confirmed by practical experiments with magnetic cores of the same volume, having different cross sections.
In FIG. 1 to 3 show a generator arrangement. A disk of dielectric material 1 is fixed on a vertically located axis of rotation, on which permanent magnets 2 are located, the magnetic poles of which alternate. The stator windings are made on cores, which in the form of a generator with one rotor disk have the shape of the letter "C" (item 3 in Fig. 1), while the axis of the poles of the magnets are directed to the ends of the magnetic circuits.
2). To increase the generator power at a certain diameter of the rotor disks and reduce the length of the magnetic circuits, several disks with permanent magnets are installed on one axis of the rotor, and the stator is a set of coils on the magnetic circuits located between the opposite poles of the magnets (Fig. 2).
In FIG. Figure 3 shows a variant of a generator with a multi-disk rotor and a stator having magnetic cores of an original form, which simplifies the manufacture and assembly of the generator.
Image objects (Figs. 1-3) are connected by a single inventive concept.
As indicated above, with the proposed generator circuits, both poles of each magnet participate in the operation of the generator, which ensures the maximum efficiency of the magnetic fluxes of the magnets (the efficiency is several times higher than with unilateral operation of the magnets), which is confirmed by numerous experiments over several years with separate elements and prototype generators.
