Abstract
This invention refers to method for hot relining. During ceramic welding the oxidized gas and mixture of refractory and combustible powders are directed towards the surface and the combustible powder is burned with the heat release which is sufficient at least for the partial welding and softening of refractory powder, as the result of which the cohesion mass is produced which is tightly attached to the surface. In order to avoid the possibility of forming the refractory phase of the burned mass with low resistance and thereby to increase the heat resistance of the welded mass the contents of the combustible powder in the mixture is limited up to 15% (weight.), with this the combustible powder comprises at least two metals which are selected from aluminum, magnesium, chromium and zirconium; the greater part (weight) of the refractory powder consists of at least one or several oxides which are selected from magnesium, aluminum and chromium oxides, and the molar proportion between dioxidosilicium and calcium oxide in the refractory powder (where available) meets the following formula. [SiO2] % 0,2 + [CaO]% The elements of the combustible powder can be entered into it in the form of alloys.
