Abstract

This invention refers to crushing and sorting various materials in particular to treating remaining metallurgy slag which contains large quantity of metal and which is used in production of building materials, in mining industry, etc. Technical result is to enhance the capacity and labor production by extraction metallic inclusions out of metallurgy slag. Apparatus for crushing and sorting comprises receiving hopper with bar screen 1, magnet means 2,8,10,11, disposition whereof ensures complete extraction of metallic inclusions out of crushed materials, conveyers for charging and discharging 4,5,6,7, sorting grizzly 12, hoppers receiving scrap 3,13 and jaw crusher 9. The apparatus is provided with pattern loft for extracting metallic inclusions, the support of the front jaw has the form of doorway with the opening for metallic inclusion to fall down on the slide, the guides having the form of passages in the bars of doorway with rolls installed there in. This construction of crusher and also the dimension of the side of the bar screen cell, the width of the receiving hole of the crush and the jaw height have the ratio 1:1, 89:1, 42 whichensures high capacity.
