Abstract
992,442. Semi-conductor rectifiers. CKD PRAHA NARODNI PODNIK. Sept. 5, 1963 [Sept. 6, 1962], No. 35190/63. Heading H1K. A stack of monocrystalline semi - conductor rectifier elements 1 and heat sinks 2 is clamped together by means of bolts and conical resilient members 5 which abut against end plates 4. The rectifier elements 1 alternate with inserts 6 which may be electrically either conductive or non-conductive.
