Abstract
1,011,611. Semi-conductor devices. JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd. Aug. 28, 1964 [Sept. 2, 1963], No. 34570/63. Heading H1K. One or more semi-conductor devices, e.g. diode rectifiers 6 are mounted on the base of a recess formed in a copper plate 5 attached to the end plate 7 of an alternator. A ceramic closure member 9 rests on a shoulder formed in the wall of the recess and is sealed thereto and to leads 8 extending through it by rings of solder 10.
