The subject matter is identical with that of Specification 1,125,417, but the claims are directed to the construction of the mounting arrangement with comprises two metallized lands on a ceramic block, the semi-conductor die being bonded to a first one of the lands and having a first electrode connected to the second metallized land by a lead wire, the block being mounted on a support, to a conductive part of which a further electrode of the die is connected.
