Abstract

The use of dextrin fatty acid esters to assist the crystallization and removal of saturated triglycerides from rearranged soyabean oil, as described and claimed in the parent Specification, is extended to other triglyceride oils, e.g. cottonseed, hydrogenated soyabean, corn, palm and palm kernel oils, the amount of dextrin ester used with such other oils being 0.001-1%.
