A combined nightdress and sleeping bag comprises a top part 1 fitting the body with a back closure, a lower wider bag shaped part 5 and tapes 6 with end rings 7 secured to the front lower part and cooperating with clips 8 on a strap 9 which is secured to the bed or passes under the mattress. An elastic insertion may be provided at the waist-line and the side seams may be reinforced.
