980,514. Switch contacts. LICENTIA PATENT - VERWALTUNGS - G.m.b.H. Jan. 10, 1962 [Jan. 13, 1961], No. 937/62. Heading H2B. The movable contact carrier of a contactor comprises two substantially identical portions 1, 2 stiffened by ribs 11, 12 and forming between them cylindrical cavities 3, 4 and slots 7, 8. The slots house slidable flat frames 6 having a portion outside the carrier forming an aperture 13 through which a contact bridge 15 extends. A leaf spring (not shown) may extend between the yoke 19 of the aperture 13 and the bridge 15. The frame portion inside the carrier contains an aperture 14 accommodating a helical compression spring 5 normally holding the shoulders 17 of the frame 6 against the top of the carrier.
