979,470. Covers for bolt-holes. CARR FASTENER CO. Ltd. July 19, 1963 [July 23, 1962], No. 28298/62. Heading F2H. [Also in Division E2] A plug for sealing an aperture against dirt and moisture entry comprises a hollow body of resilient material having a head 2 at one end and ribs 4 extending axially over the outer surface of the body and terminating in spaced relation from the head to form a neck portion 6 of oval cross-section. On insertion through a circular aperture of a support the support is gripped between the ends 5 of the ribs 4 and the flange 3 of the head. The end of the body opposite the head may be cut off obliquely, Fig. 4.
