[Also in Division E1] A plastic sheet having louvre elements embedded therein is formed from a plurality of butyrate or butycite (cellulose acetate butyrate) plastic sheets 10, each having thereon opaque reflective parallel strips 12, the sheets being stacked one on the other with corresponding strips disposed in a respective plane at a specified angle to the surface of the sheets and bonded together by heat and pressure to embed the strips in the sheet mass. Such a sheet mass may be placed between two sheets of glass and bonded thereto to provide a glazing panel that can be cut to size.
