Abstract

A premix for addition to cement to form a quick setting composition for underwater use consists of, in parts by volume, 10 to 36 calcium sulphate calcined to plastic or the anhydrous state, and 20 to 45 of kaolin. To such a premix 30 to 70 parts (volume) of cement is added. Sand may also be included.
