Abstract

The invention comprises compounds of the general formula: <FORM:0961342/C1/1> (wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and represent hydrogen atoms or C1- 4 alkyl groups, Alk represents an alkylene radical containing 2 to 4 carbon atoms of which 1 or 2 carbon atoms form a chain between the NH group and the CH group linking the heterocyclic nuclei, R3 and R4 are the same or different and represent hydrogen atoms or C1- 4 alkyl groups, and R5 and R6 are the same or different and represent hydrogen or halogen atoms or hydroxyl or C1- 4 alkoxy groups) and acid addition salts thereof, and their preparation by reacting a compound of the general formula: <FORM:0961342/C1/2> with a compound of the general formula: <FORM:0961342/C1/3> in the presence of an alkaline condensation agent, optionally followed by acid addition salt formation. The compounds of the invention are central nervous system stimulants and have a coronary-dilating action.
