Abstract

960,480. Transistor pulse circuits. SIEMENS & HALSKE A.G. Dec. 29, 1961 [Dec. 30, 1960], No. 46693/61. Heading H3T. A pulse storage circuit comprises an amplifier the output of which is fed via a switching transistor to a capacitor, negative feedback being provided from the capacitor to the amplifier input via a second switching transistor. As shown, a slowly varying waveform, applied to terminal E is amplified at V. When the switching transistors ES1, ES2 are made conductive by sampling pulses, capacitor C charges to a voltage dependent on the instantaneous value of the input at E, the charging being made more rapid by negative feedback via the switching transistor ES2. Capacitor C retains its charge at the end of each sampling pulse. Diodes D1, D2 prevent overloading of when the input voltage exceeds a predetermined value.
