Abstract

959,706. Dinner wagons. WOODMET Ltd. Aug. 1, 1962 [Sept. 16, 1961], No. 33277/61. Headings A4H and A4W. A folding trolley, of the type in which loose trays are supported upon cross-members C of two mutually intersecting frames B pivotably connected as at D, for folding together legs A, is provided with plugs E for insertion in the upper ends of the legs A and for engagement in the ends of a detachable, tubular handle G of inverted U-shape. The plugs E may be a drive fit in the legs A or may be secured by rivets or screws F. Alternatively (Fig. 2, not shown), the plug E may comprise a resiliently deformable tube having a longitudinal split. The handle G may have curved arms. A handle G may be provided at each end or side. Specification 950,644 is referred to.
