[ Also in Group XXX] A tray for dough pieces comprises two end members 1 connected by parallel hollow bars 2 each with a longitudinal slot 3 having at least one wide part 6 near its end so that the thickened lateral margin of a cloth can be slid in through this widened part and will be held by the narrow part. As shown, members 1 have lugs 4 with holes 5 for suspending the tray on a conveyer. Each of the longitudinal margins of cloth 7 has a hem 8 to receive a flexible rod 9, e.g. a helical spring covered with a synthetic shaped to form a tongue 10.
