957,692. Clamps; shuttering for casting concrete floors. C. I. WILLIAMS. April 27, 1962 [April 27, 1961], No. 16136/62. Headings E1S and E2B. A clamp for adjustably securing structural members in overlapped relation, comprises a frame 10 adapted to embrace the overlapped portions of the members, a portion of the frame having threaded holes in spaced relationship therein and individual means in adjustable threaded engagement with each of the threaded holes extending away from the frame portion in such a manner as to be adapted to contact respectively the overlapped members whereby at least one member is clamped within the frame by its individual means. As shown, bolts 18, 19 operate through a bar 16, against plates 13, 14 slidable on the frame 10, one bolt 19 being provided with a handle 21. In use, the clamps are arranged in pairs to support overlapped sections 24, 25 of a beam, the other ends of which are supported by hangers 26, 27, the beam being used to support a panel 29 over which concrete is to be poured to form a floor 30.
