Abstract

1,200,312. Supports for floor shuttering. ACROW (ENG.) Ltd. 27 July, 1967 [6 April, 1967], No. 15847/67. Heading E1S. Shuttering for concrete slabs is supported by generally triangular supports 2 each with a base-plate 8 which is vertically adjustable by means of a screw-jack 26 and two verticallyadjtistable channel-sectioned support heads 18 which are retained in the desired position by pins 22 passing through holes in the support tube 12 and in the shaft 20 under the head 18. A rectangular panel 42 (Figs. 2-4, not shown) is supported by two pairs of supports, each pair supporting an I-beam 40 and being interconnected by a tube 44, the two composite supports so formed being crossbraced.
