942,295. Milling cutters. FUTURMILL (CONVERSION) Ltd. June 18, 1962 [June 16, 1961], No. 21815/61. Heading B3K. A milling-cutter comprises a plurality of blade-seatings in each of which a pair of interchangeable blades 18, 19 is located. Annular grooves 11, 12 are formed in the cutter and receive wedges 13 the radially and axially raked ends of which form the blade seatings. A keeper plate 21 may be fixed by a central bolt. The pairs of blades may have a wedge on one side and a fixed stop on the other, and instead of being at 45 degrees the bolts 14 may be inclined at 15 or 90 degrees.
