940,628. Pelmets. G. E. MELHUISH. Sept. 28, 1962 [Oct. 5, 1961], No. 35904/61. Heading A4B. A support for a pelmet 1 comprises two brackets 2, 3 having inclined interengaging faces 4, one bracket 3 being wall mounted and the other bracket 2 being secured to the pelmet 1. A pair of spaced wall brackets 3 of metal or plastic, having a pair of adjacent sides bent to form an inclined face 4 and a vertical face 5, cooperate with similarly spaced wooden blocks 2 secured to the pelmet. Alternatively (Fig. 5), the wooden block 2 may be replaced by another bracket 3 to which may be secured supports 9 for a curtain rail 10.
