A broaching tool comprises a blade 1 adjustable radially and axially of a body part 2. The axial position of the blade is determined by the angular position of a slotted sleeve 10 secured by a screw cap 13. The blade, which is loose, may be formed to be retained in the slot 7 in the body. The sleeve may be axially adjustable.
