934,732. Haymaking machines. C. GOODALL, and M. GOODALL. June 26, 1962 [June 29, 1961], No. 23519/61. Addition to 826,710. Class 6(3). In a modification of the tedding machine forming the subject of the parent Specification, at least one of the pivoted adjustable baffles 11 is provided with an extension 13 which is connected to it so as to be movable with it about the vertical axis of adjustment and also to be movable between an inoperative position, clear of the ground, and an operative position in which it engages the ground-surface. As shown, each baffle has an extension 13 which is suspended on parallel links 14, means (not shown) being provided for retaining it in the uppermost, raised, position. Each extension comprises a sheet-metal upper part 13 and a rubber skirt 15. In use, only one baffle is inclined to the line of draft, the other extending longitudinally and having its extension retracted.
