932,123. Furniture joints. A. BERCK Ltd. May 19, 1962, No. 19379/62. Class 52 (2). A leg 16 is separably secured to an article of furniture by means comprising a plate 10 adapted to be fastened to the furniture and carrying a nut which has a head 14 which abuts against the plate 10 and a spigot 15 which is of smaller diameter than the head and which extends through the plate and is peened over to hold the nut and plate together. The nut may extend through either a circular or non- circular hole in the plate 10.
