[Also in Group XVI] The subject-matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in the parent Specification, but also includes means at the centre of the intermediate section extending radially between the shaft and the inner periphery of the intermediate section. These means may comprise a thin flexible web 24, Fig. 1, welded both to the shaft 2 and section 16, a web 26, Fig. 2 (not shown), welded to the shaft and having a rounded periphery 28, or a roller bearing 52, Fig. 3 (not shown), secured on the shaft 30 between collars 58. Specification 735,561 also is referred to.
