924,162. Locking-nuts. J. A. VRIEZEN, and J. G. VRIEZEN, [trading as VENNOOTSCHAP ONDER FIRMA V. & M.]. Oct. 21, À1959 [Oct. 23, 1958], No. 35674/59. Class 89 (1). A screw-connection comprises a lock-nut 2 and a lock-washer 1, deformable under pressure, a ring-shaped projection 5 on the nut limiting the outward movement of the washer when in its compressed state. In a modification, the projection 5 may be in the form of a separate ring in a groove in the nut 2 and in a further modification the ring may be of L-shaped crosssection which lies on the surface 3 of the work and surrounds the outer diameter of the washer.
