Abstract

908,727. Endless conveyers. DISTINGTON ENGINEERING CO. Ltd. Feb. 27, 1961 [March 3, 1960], No. 7552/60. Class 78 (1). The return run of a conveyer belt is supported on rollers 10 each of which is carried by a spindle 9 mounted on members 23 (Fig. 3) which have attachment means 11 for engaging support ropes 22. In Fig. 1, the members 23 are in the form of telescopic elements 5, 5<SP>1</SP>, maintained in height adjustment by pins 17. Alternatively, the members 23 may be suspended from the roof by ropes.
