[Also in Group XVII] A capsule containing dehydrating material 5 and having resilient arms 3b is formed of synthetic plastics material and may be either associated with a cap 11 as shown or be integral therewith, Figs. 5 and 6 (not shown). A diaphragm 4 is permeable to water and steam. Various forms of arms 3b may be provided. The cap 11 may be double-skirted, the dehydrating material being held within the inner skirt and the outer skirt being either a push-fit in a container neck or internally screw-threaded.
