Class 20(4) In a reinforced concrete member a reinforcing bar 11, Fig. 1 carries spaced positioning blocks 12 threaded thereon, each block 12 being formed with at least two flat faces disposed in separate planes which faces lie flush with the outer surface of the reinforced concrete member. A block 12 may be provided with a bolt 42, Fig. 6, arranged to project from the surface of the reinforced concrete member for the attachment of a bracket or other fitting thereto.
