888,868. Tractor linkage mechanisms. TASSELL BROS. (ULCOMBE) Ltd. Jan. 13, 1961 [Jan. 20, 1960], No. 2101/60. Class 79(1). A stabiliser bar for a tractor three-point linkage hitch mechanism comprises a metal bar I with clamping means at each end each comprising a pair of clamping plates 3, 4 between which a hitch link 7 is clamped, one of the plates 4 of each pair being attachable to the end of the bar so as to be longitudinally and angularly adjustable in relation thereto. This adjustment is secured by the provision of longitudinal slots 6 in the webs 5 of the clamping plates 4 and holes 9 and transverse slots 8 in bar 1 through which the clamping bolts pass. Bar 1 may itself be adjustable in length.
