A harrow comprises a plurality of pairs of links 10, 14 each link being formed from a single length of rod or bar, the two links of each pair being connected together so that the tines 15 of one link 14 project in a direction which is opposite to that in which the tines 12 of the other link 10 project, the length of the tines 15 being less than the length of the tines 12, one link having a loop disposed at a position remote from its tines to receive a part of an adjacent link.
