Class 52(1) In a modification of the castor of Specification 491,364 the coiled torsion spring 13 surrounding a bush 14 is arranged so that when the castor is under load the convolutions of the spring tend to open relative to the bush, the tails 15, 16 of the spring engaging sockets 17, 18 respectively in the crown 9 and bridge 11 of the fork 7.
