[Also in Group X] Tongued and grooved wooden boards are covered on one face with metal or synthetic plastic sheets 2, the edges of which are turned back into grooves in the edges of the board. The sheets 2 separate from the face of the board as the board contracts or expands depending on whether this face constitutes a ridge (as shown) or a depression. The board may be made by joining two parts 1 and the surface 4<SP>1</SP>, 5<SP>1</SP> may comprise more than two planes intersecting each other along lines parallel with the edges of the base.
