A one-piece stem 12 forming the pintle is bent and offset at its lower end to also form the bowl axle and is provided with bearing bushes 10, 15 having flanges 10a, 15a engaged by a clip 17 which retains the bowl 14 and can also be shaped to form a dust cover.
