Abstract

A water-soluble tablet preparation comprises gibberellic acid as active constituent and containing a water soluble sugar e.g. lactose as excipient or a surface active agent e.g. a condensation product of ethylene oxide with nonyl phenol and a tableting lubricant e.g. sodium benzoate or boric acid. The excipient preferably contains 0,1 to 1,0% of the surface active agent; preferably also it contains 2 to 10% of lubricant. Fertilisers and antioxidants may also be included in the composition.
