Class 20(1) A flexible traffic post comprises a steel tube A containing a spring C connected to its head by a stirrup B and a screw F and hooked to a ring K in a base D set in a block of concrete H. The base D comprises a disc from which arises a truncated annulus which fits freely within the tube A. The screw F is revolved within a socket E on the stirrup B to pre-tension the spring C. The tube may be covered in rubber or plastics.
