Class 139 In a wrist watch the movement 1 is held by an insulating transparent or translucent enlargement ring 5 supported by springs (not shown) in the case 2, 3, 4. An incandescent lamp 10 is located in a recess in the ring 5 and is connected to an accumulator 11 located between the movement 1 and the case bottom 3. The lower and side faces of the ring are coated with a reflecting varnish. The crown 14 is fixed to the stem 13 which passes through the sleeve 16. The gasket 15 and the washer 17 are of insulating material. The lamp 10 is lit when its circuit is completed by depression of a pusher. The hour markings could be supported on the ring 5 or could be cut out of the edge of the dial.
