869,216. Universal joints. RIV OFFICINE DI VILLAR PEROSA S.p.A. May 22, 1959 [May 24, 1958], No. 17548/59. Class 80 (2). [Also in Group XXXII] A resilient bush assembly 16, Fig. 1, for a universal joint comprises a rubber bush 19, Fig. 3, radially compressed between rigid sleeves 17, 18 and formed in the free state with annular grooves 38, 42, Fig. 4, on its circumferential and end faces. The inner sleeves 18 of the bush assemblies are attached by bolts 21 to yoke 20 on the ends of the shafts 10, 11 and the outer sleeves 17 are formed on a common disc 12.
