Abstract
The process of obtaining siloxane elastomeric foams according to the parent Specification is modified by using an organopolysiloxane having a viscosity of at least 50 but less than 1,000 c.s. at 25 DEG C.; and the hydroxylated compound is limited to silanols, low molecular weight hydroxylated siloxanes, water, carboxylic acids and alcohols containing less than 12C atoms. Additives are as in the Provisional Specification.ALSO:The process of obtaining siloxane elastomeric foams according to the parent Specification is modified by using an organopolysiloxane having a viscosity of at least 50 but less than 1000 c.s. at 25 DEG C.; and the hydroxylated compound is limited to silanols, low molecular weight hydroxylated siloxanes, water, carboxylic acids and alcohols containing less than 12 C. atoms. Additives are as in the parent Specification.
