Abstract

858,309. Agricultural implements. PALLOT, L. C. April 3, 1958 [Jan. 4, 1957], No. 491/57. Class 6(1). A plough is mounted on a slide 5 arranged to be moved laterally on a frame 4 provided with a three point mounting 22 for attachment to a tractor. As shown the slide is moved by means of a pinion 18 attached to a shaft 15 operated by a wheel 20 and co-operating with a rack 19 on the frame 4. The shaft 15 is locked in position by a cam 21. In a modification the slide may be moved by a worm mounted beside the upper member 3 of the frame and meshing with a pinion in the shaft 15, a handwheel for rotating the worm being provided at the side of the frame.
