Class 3(1) A changing display sign comprises a plurality of fluorescent tubes 16 mounted between a pair of plates 12, 13 which are inter-connected by a shaft 17 driven by an electric motor 27 through a Geneva stop mechanism. The tubes are of different colours and are cyclically brought into register in turn with the opposed contacts 22 of an operating circuit for details of which Fig. 3 (not shown) should be referred to.
