Class 141 In a diaper cover comprising outer and inner sheets of waterproof plastic material secured together around their edges, the inner sheet 3 has an opening 9 for the insertion of a diaper 18 of paper or cloth. The edge of the opening 9 is bound with elastic tape 10 and other elastic tapes 16, 17 extend from the tape 10 obliquely to the respective corners of the diaper cover. Snap fasteners 14 are provided at the corners.
