Abstract

841,622. Circuits employing bi-stable magnetic elements. ERICSSON TELEPHONES Ltd. Oct. 9, 1957 [Oct. 29, 1956], No. 32978/56. Class 40 (9). An " AND " gate comprises a number of ferrite cores 1, 2 carrying input windings 3, 4 to each of which an individual input circuit of the gate is connected. The cores are normally set by windings 7, 8 to a datum state from which they can be switched by input pulses to an alternative state. The output windings 5, 6 of the cores are connected in parallel to terminals 11. Corresponding windings are wound in the same sense on each core. The common output terminals 11 are shunted by the output winding of any core that does not receive an input pulse when the others do. The cores are reset by windings 7, 8.
